    Associate Membership

    The IRCC can help your business build a reputation for quality and service; training programs mean better employees, greater safety and less risk. Most quality oriented employers are quick to recognize the benefits of training, particularly when it pays off in terms of lower insurance premiums for workers compensation and general liability.

    Contractor Membership

    The Independent Roofing Contractors of California, Inc., Unilateral Apprenticeship Training Committee (UATC) announces the continuous acceptance of applications for roofing apprenticeship openings. The acceptance of applications by the UATC is not a guarantee of a job, but an opportunity to enter a “pool of eligibles” and seek employment with approved employers who are subscribing training contractors to the IRCC Roofer’s Apprenticeship Training Program.

    Join the IRCC Team of committed ‘professional’ merit shop roofing contractors who understand the stakes are too high for being poorly prepared: “Undertrained” is no longer an option, if you want to: Remain recognized by your residential customers, insurance providers, material suppliers and ‘AHJ’s (authorities having jurisdiction) for your track record of professional follow-through, exemplary and competent workforce, and meeting the expectations the installations you stand-by , along with their increasingly stringent warranty provisions .
