Wildfire Smoke Protection & Heat Stress & Illness Prevention

Cost: $50 + 3% Transaction Fee
Description: This one-hour training will review the training requirements per Title 8 CCR, Section 5141.1 for employees exposed to wildfire smoke, and Title 8 CCR, Section 3395 for employees working in high temperature settings. In addition to the class, we will provide participants with a written heat illness prevention program as well as a written wildfire smoke prevention program. The HIPP will be provided in both English and Spanish. Journeyman, Crew Leaders, Foreman, and Supervisors are encouraged to attend.
