Items to be covered are how to prevent and prepare for an osha inspection, what type of documentation needs to be readily available at the jobsite, what information should your foreman know and what questions they could be asked.
We will cover the different types of investigations and when/why Cal/OSHA would show up. How to handle the actual investigation and what to expect after the investigation if a citation is issued.
