How to manage the Mandatory IRCC Bi-Annual EVALUATIONS WEBINAR
Who is this For? All contractors, office staff, foremen and Supervisors who are involved in the Apprentice Evaluation in March and September
When? – Thursday August 14, 2025
Time? 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM (or longer for individual questions)
By ERISA law and by the State of California the IRCC is mandated to get a progress summary on each Apprentice registered. This evaluation can only come from you – those of you who observe the Apprentices working. The IRCC has come up with an easy-to-use worksheet for this information gathering. During this webinar we will go over how to get the information, the 3 parts of the worksheet, the calculation of the Apprentice score and the signatures required for each Evaluation. We will also discuss the necessity of the IRCC receiving the signed document.
Please make sure you include all the people responsible for this task at this webinar. Sign up below.
